Wheeling Island Hotel and Casino, in West Virginia, will play host to a Playboy Blackjack tournament. The event is a Playboy Tournament Series and is presented by Moneymaker Gaming. The $135,000 Playboy Series of Blackjack qualifying will begin on September 3rd with the finale starting on November 7th.

The qualifying tournaments will take place on a weekly basis on Wednesdays at 6 pm and Saturdays at 11 am. Players can register for the qualifiers two hours before the tournament is set to start. Registration takes place at the main casino cashiers cage and $5,000 in cash will be paid out daily.

The top three players from each daily tournament will move on to the Finale weekend. A total of fifty seven players can move on the Finale weekend by winning the daily tournaments and fifty five players can play in the Finale by paying the buy-in of $550, which includes the entry fee. The top winner will receive $25,000 cash and a trip for two, to the Playboy Mansion. This player will also be able to attend a special VIP Party that will be taking place at the Mansion.

If the maximum number of player’s enters the event, the prize pool will be $135,000 with the same amount of cash, $25,000, going toward the top finisher. Players must be twenty one years of age to enter the tournament. The winner will have a good deal to look forward to as; they will get to visit the mansion and possibly get to meet Hugh Hefner and his Girls Next Door.
