Blackjack rules apply here as a player is given two cards and can take addition cards as he or she see fits to get as close to 21 without busting. Normally the game is geared towards beating the dealer but in elimination blackjack competition is added as each player tries to win more money than anyone else in the game. Holdem Blackjack is a lot like this but instead of trying to beat the dealer; you play like poker which is against each other.

There is a good round of betting after each card is being dealt while the second card is placed face up. After that, players have the option to stand or take turns accepting more cards based on what they have. After all stands, each player shows their hand and the best blackjack hand wins the pot.
