Resorts Atlantic City bringing back $2 blackjack tables
Gamblers love a deal, whether it be a nice hotel comp or drinks, gamblers will take advantage. The Resorts Atlantic City knows this is the case and that is why they are resurrecting the $2 blackjack games. The games will begin a trial run next month. The $2 games will take place on two blackjack tables for the trial run. Players will have to pay a twenty five cent fee per hand as they play. The fee is a first for the casino and it was approved by the New Jersey Casino Control Commission on Wednesday.
Kevin Brown the table games director for the resort commented that the $2 tables will be targeting players who are just learning the game of blackjack and are intimated by the higher-limit games. The twenty five cent fee is being used to help cover operating costs.
The $2 blackjack tables used to be very common in Atlantic City but they were replaced by higher limit games as the industry grew. The tables coming back will be a welcome sight to players visiting the area or those who frequent the resort on a regular basis.
