Caesars Palace Raises Their Blackjack Betting Limits

Las Vegas really knows how to cater to the super-rich. Million-dollar credit lines, extravagant rooms (some with their own butlers) and comps, and amazing customer service are all apart of the high-roller benefits package in Sin City.

Well, Caesar’s Palace just added a little more to that very package. In a statement issued just yesterday, a spokesman for the Las Vegas hotel giant announced they would be offering its higher-limit “whales” the chance to play blackjack at up to $50,000 per hand! Most Las Vegas high-roller areas only venture into the lower 5-digit range ($10,000 normally), so for a casino to up the ante to that much is truly a bold move.

The phenomenon known as blackjack has been a staple of many casinos around the globe, and it’s the top table game played by tourists in Vegas today. Visitors and residents alike can normally find blackjack games going in Nevada starting as little as a dollar per hand, with most of the bigger rooms like Mirage, Bellagio, and Wynn offering minimum tables stakes of $5 to $10 per hand.

This is certainly a big move by Caesar’s, and it is unknown if many other top casinos in the area will follow suit. $50,000 a hand is enough to intrigue even the biggest gamblers around, so it’ll be interesting to see what kind revenue they may rake in after this move.

The current high-limit blackjack stakes will only be offered at Caesar’s in Las Vegas.
