“You got to know when to hold’em, know when to fold’em” those words are synonymous with one person and one person only: Kenny Rogers. Known as “The Gambler” for his role in the movie and songs associated, Kenny Rogers has joined forces with Apple to create online casino games for the iPhone and iPod featuring “The Gambler” Brand.

The new games are Blackjack and slots. Players can purchase the blackjack application at the Apple App Store for the device and it will feature graphics based on “The Gambler” Brand, the same with the slots application.

The gambler mobile website along with PlayScreen created the applications. William Volk, the CEO of PlayScreen stated: “I’m proud to be working with a legend to create great mobile entertainment. These games feature the music and imagery of Kenny Rogers and are designed to take advantage of the great graphics and audio capabilities of the iPhone and iPod touch.”

Rogers commented: “it’s exciting to be offering new gaming experiences on innovative and ground breaking devices. I’m a huge Apple fan and I can tell you our casino games look and play great on the iPhone and iPod touch.”
